Added classes for ST-20 and Security Token. This closes #103
Decided to divide them because Polymath proposed their separate implementations.
Also tested them on MIMI token https://kovan.etherscan.io/address/0x2dD33957C90880bE4Ee9fd5F703110BDA2E579EC
