I made all the changes to get this working with the latest MPIR. We'll need to return for all the arches we have access to though, to get BINV_NEWTON_THRESHOLD |

This is just a trivial merge with my old branch from 2014.
Code in GMP might have evolved since then, but at least in 2014 their code was faster than MPIR's code.
I did not autoreconf'ed MPIR, one need to do it before configure/make/make check...
Closes #83.
