Hi team,
This PR adds these two new regulations as extensions and two new sections in the Overview general and the Agents general (in the Regulatory Compliance panel).
The new dashboards use the new API endpoints to obtain these regulations requirements and we show them with their descriptions. On the other hand, we are showing a new 3.10 hipaa and nist alerts in the dashboard's visualizations.
Also the possibility of filtering by these regulations in the management > rules search filter bar has been added.
This PR solves #1448
