Description

Frank, W4TG, commented that in addition to Section value being modified 10% for the time, we should also modify the Check value 10% of the time. These errors are injected into the string that is pre-populated into the Exchange field.

Expected behavior

Both Check and Section should be modified 10% of the time.

Actual Behavior

Only Section was being modified. It had never occurred to me that the Check value should also be modified.

Frank adds...

Sec changes occur when people move or snowbirds . Ck changes (when you were first licensed) are when ops deliberately change their ck or can’t remember when they were licensed.

SS - inject errors into both Check and Sect values

For ARRL SS, both the Check and Section values will have errors
injected at a 10% rate each. Earlier code has only injected the
error into the Section value, not the Check value.

Fixes Issue #367
