A few changes to Readme.txt file.

- add details for NR Digits
- rearrange some of the Function Key Assignments
- remove some trailing whitespace

I rearranged the function key assignments to group them in logical
groups. Users will either use one group or the other. Some of the older
logging programs are using the punctuation characters and the newer
logging programs are using the function keys.

You should be able to merge this into your branch. Or send it back to me
if you want other changes. Of course, please merge it and change if you
want. Tnx, Mike

the screen. If you can't hear someone calling you, or if they are off
frequency this is why. This is controlled by the up and down arrows on
the keyboard as well as the mouse scroll wheel. This is handy to

You can modify the RIT step increment in the MorseRunner.ini file, e.g.:

Valid values range between -500 and 500. Negative values can be used to
change the direction of Up/Down arrow keys or mouse wheel movement. Note
that a zero value will disable this feature and is not recommended.
HST Competition mode ignores this setting and defaults to 50Hz/Step.
