Per @joanmarie's comment in #361

Aside: The interfaces listed for IA2 and ATK don't really need to be stated here or in any table in the Core-AAM. The web would literally be completely broken if elements with text or child elements failed to implement those interfaces.

This issue is to track the removal of such content.

closes #363 by removing unnecessary instances of specifying 'interfaces' for ia2/atk

starts to resolve more `generic` mappings, per #346.
