The term "client" is undefined in the DID Core specification, and it is potentially problematic in the context of decentralized technologies.
This is an attempt to replace the term "client" with other, better understood terms, such as DID controller, DID resolver, and requesting party (see #350 for more details about the last one).
Addresses #261.
