ARIA 1.2 combobox

APG 1.2 goals for the Combobox project:

1. Add example of combobox that opens a dialog (Jon's date picker example)
2. Close all open combobox issues.

Check review status of PR 1276.

Using latest combobox builds in Jon's branch for PR 1276, do the following issues exist?
