Clarify if accessible names be calculated based on ancestor/descendant nested shadow DOM

It would be good to know if references such as aria-labelledby used in accessible name calc can cross into ancestor or descendant shadow DOM. I agree that acc name can not be calculated outside of a shadow DOM -- but impact on nested shadow DOM is not clear.
