use swipe_constants, as the assumption that str(type) is how the type is actually referred to in the namespace no longer holds. counterexamples: ``` import foo.bar; ... <use foo.bar.SomeInterface> ``` ``` import Foo as bar # str(bar) == Foo.vyi ```
