This PR adds links to free lessons about the Vue Router on Vue School.
We have made a premium course free to accompany the official docs. Each lesson makes sense and are valuable on their own, and it's not required to have watched the previous or following lessons.
The course teacher is Debbie O'Brien.
The PR also adds the banner style from Vuejs.org. I have tweaked the CSS to have a better appearance on mobile devices.
