docs: fix docs for usage of regions in snippets #421

I haven't found in source code src/node/markdown/plugins/snippet.ts any mentions that snippet is a default region name, so I guess it is an outdated note in the docs;
Snippet-region syntax sample is in dissonance with the actual snippet import syntax
