  1. 🐛 augment vue rather than @vue/runtime-core 

    This PR removes augmentations of `@vue/runtime-core` in favour of only augmenting `vue` (the new recommendation), which should fix issues when other packages are only augmenting vue (see nuxt/nuxt#28542).
