What does this PR do? *

Modifier errors are only displayed on dev workspaces.

How to test it? *

Go to both https://lbebber--carrefourbr.myvtex.com/Celulares-Smartphones-e-Smartwatches/Smartphones?crfimt=hm-tlink|carrefour|menu|campanha|smartphones|1|120820 and https://www.carrefour.com.br/Celulares-Smartphones-e-Smartwatches/Smartphones?ak-testab=vtex&crfimt=hm-tlink|carrefour|menu|campanha|smartphones|1|120820&workspace=lbebberlog3&v=01, and verify that the errors regarding "Invalid CSS modifiers" displayed on the former are not shown on the latter.
