Description
This PR updates a few styleguidist related dependencies in order to patch vulnerabilities in them.
Motivation and Context
There were a few styleguidist related dependencies that contained security issues. While the risk is minimal, these should be kept up to date nonetheless.
How Has This Been Tested?
By checking that styleguidist still runs like before after updating the deps and the library builds as normal as well.
