- Simplify code that avoids a duplicate resource error where the snmp server and client are in the same O/S package (Debian, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and Suse).

EOL FreeBSD and OpenBSD are now dropped so for the moment we do not have error message.
But this PR is generic and so really interesting.
