Update calls to .unknown() in distro module

As part of improving error messages #294, we want to remove all of the "Unknown" errors from Notion. The process for updating an error to include context is described in #294.

Update all of the calls to .unknown() in the distro module (As of this writing there are 17 such calls) to give better error messages for each.
