To download the ginkgo in the Github Actions env we are using sudo apt-get install golang-ginkgo-dev in various workflows, which downloads the v1.2.0 not the recent one and does not have some necessary features such as code coverage, etc. We need to update it to go get github.com/onsi/ginkgo/[email protected]
