[#10][#13][#18][#20][#21] Add ESG and DLR Code for various issues
a8f72ef 
- Added the ability to define a default cateway (idempotent) for both ESG and DLR
- Added the ability to enable/disable the Edge Firewall on ESGs
- Added the ability to enable remote access (SSH) and set username/password on ESG and DLR create (not idempotent yet)

Still missing the support for disabling the DLR Control VM Firewall, disabling the ESG firewall is implemented
