planner: Handle ORDER BY inside derived tables

Description

This PR addresses an issue where executing a specific query involving a derived table and an ORDER BY clause results in an Unknown column 'id' in 'field list' error. The problem was due to the subquery rewritten by vtgate not returning the required id column.
