Dota Shop Quiz

This is a remake of the nearly defunct Shopkeeper's Quiz seen here.

New features include:

• Optional full item descriptions
• Fixing the bug that allows you to "skip" over items in the old quiz
• Much better item selection for the ingredients; items are closer in price and all items are ingredients for something
• A time attack mode
