Disables compaction, as it was causing humbug bugs when combined with php-scoper.

I see you're using php-scoper directly - was there a problem using it as a compactor?

Coverage remained the same at 84.164% when pulling c179a4a on namespace-phar into a1f481d on master.

It was necessary to do it separately to identify an issue caused by combining the PHP compactor with the scoper compactor. Now that I’ve disabled the php compactor entirely it may work again, but I’m also happy to keep this as is, with the usage of `php-scoper` an explicit step.
