Add Deezer source

Blade aimed to play Deezer music before, is this still on the cards?
Using the API and an account perhaps?

I use to play music with deezer with the old version of Blade.
Then, Deezer stopped their API for almost a year i think ? I don't remember

Anyway, it seems to be available now, so i'll try adding it back if i have time :)
