Right now, it just throws an error every time. Initially, this was going to check to see that removing composer or year from an existing track would throw a warning, but _all_ changes are already flagged, so this is already true.

Similarly to when the site checks for duplicate songs, it'd be neat if it would also flag when certain info is missing.
Not a massive issue or anything, but I did notice a song that didn't have a year attached to it that was added recently. Given it's not the easiest to find when these things are missing after the fact, having it get flagged on upload seems like a good fail-safe.
Also probably worth doing this for things like artist name and role but I assume there's something in place for that already.
