Do you have the same problem when you test in real machine? (not QEMU)

I have the same error using Ventoy 1.0.46 (ventoy-1.0.46-linux.tar.gz)

Installed from Linux Debian 11.0 (bullseye) on SanDisk Extreme PRO 256 GB
Debian: uname -a: Linux hostname 5.10.0-7-amd64 SMP Debian 5.10.40-1 (2021-05-28) x86_64 GNU/Linux
Used command: sudo sh Ventoy2Disk.sh -I /dev/sdf
UEFI or Legacy BIOS: Legacy BIOS

// EDIT:

I have found "solution" (workaround) for SanDisk Extreme PRO 256 GB:
https://i.ibb.co/PcKs3SP/San-Disk256-GBExtreme-PRO-partitions.png

  1. First partition: I use 120 GB, format ext4 for images and Linux files
  2. Second partition: VTOYEFI, format FAT16, 32 MB (moved from end of disk)
  3. Created third partition for Android, FAT32, 118.47 GB

Works great:

Some BIOSes have a 128GiB limit - for these Ptn1+Ptn2 < 128GiB
Some BIOSes have an 8GiB limit - for these Ptn1+Ptn2 < 8GiB
Ventoy could test by reading last sector at the end of Ptn2 and if error warn user that BIOS has bug (if it manages to boot to the files on Ptn2 first!).
