* refactor the base class CommandlineJobProcessor, make it able to asynchronously read Stdout and Stderr, remove some unused code * use Job class to describe all the jobs, and drive the corresponding JobProcessor * put all JobProcessor related code into the OKEGui.JobProcessor namespace * make all Encoders support partial encoding

* split AutoMuxer into NewMkvEpisodeMuxer and NewMp4EpisodeMuxer * use mux job to drive final mux * move MKA mux job to before video encoding job * final mux supports more codec in audio and subtitle tracks, if eac3to can extract them (MKV output only)
