while migrating ISO the destination SR doesn't list ISO SRs, but VDI SRs

Describe the bug

When I try to migrate an ISO from an ISO SR it only shows VDI SRs as destinations, not other ISO SR.

To reproduce

1. Go to the 'Disks' page on an ISO SR storage
2. Click on the 'Migrate' button on the right
3. The list to choose the 'Destination SR' only shows VDIs.

Expected behavior

I would expect that when it is a ISO SR it would only show other ISO SR.
(this next one is not preferred, but acceptable)
Or, not show the option to migrate (or have it disabled)
