Integrate vuetify-svg-icons for icon sets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Vuetify 3 ships with support for material design icons. However, this is quite limited and alternative icons would be nice to have.

Describe the solution you'd like
Integrate with vuetify-svg-icons to allow easy inclusion of other icon sets.

For now, stick with mdi for defaults.
