Describe the bug
When annoting variant GRCh37:1:145507646:G:A then the VCF info value contains an invalid ";". This must be escaped.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Annotate variant GRCh37:1:145507646:G:A.

Expected behavior
INFO value should be escaped.
