Description of proposed feature

We want to mimic the functionality of predf on CS 26's Discord server when it comes to resumes.

Essentially:

  1. A resume (pdf) is posted on the resume critique channel.
  2. A thread is created from the message containing the pdf with the thread name being the file name.
  3. The resume is converted into an image and posted in said thread.
