Since the API is crucial to Online Ratings, we should ensure we have decent API documentation. @duckpunch already has started this issue (feel free to close when you think it's done).

Cool. "Done" here doesn't mean "totally nailed down". Looks like #34 has been filed for that.

DOD (definition of done):

  • docs deploy process documented
  • at least a strawman of REST resources has been created
  • API documentation is linked from README
