provides .statefulset-lagoon.app.yml to run as cluster.

It was mentioned during a standup that some extra permissions were needed in OpenShift for this, can you add that as a comment on the PR?

Sure;

The plugin calls kubernetes.default.svc http endpoint to fetch a list of containers from the statefulset. In order to do this it needs a serviceaccount with privileges and to run the containers as that service account.
