Many node packages are out of date. Some are because of package.json dependencies being outdated, most are just from new stuff getting released. This PR fixes package.json and runs
yarn upgrade.In theory, semver protects us from any non-breaking changes. I clicked around the UI, seemed fine, let's see what tests say.
