This VM will be used for running cronjobs, cleanups, hosting primary galaxy codebase (rsync will be used to keep sn06 and sn07 in sync), monitoring via influxdb

VM details:
/opt/galaxyhas 143 GB of data)bioinfnetwork. So, it would get one of the IPs in 10.5.68.* (will be able to communicate to the database server and others within that network)
