Delay added to run on right click menu

Similar to this pr (#2218) I would like to see a delay added to the right click run option.

This would be helpful in my case where I have nested collections and only need to run one of them rather than all the folders. Right now I get 429 errors and have worked around this by simply writing script to rerun the file. Adding the option to delay between iterations on the right click menu will be very helpful.
