- Update TODC-Bootsrap to current verison 3.4.1
- enable spring-dev-tools (for scipamato-public, it breaks scipamato-core, see Enable spring boot dev tools #200)
- update wicket (and wicketstuf) to 8.9.0 (upgrade to 9.0.0 is in Upgrade to wicket 9.0 #198)
- revert performance hack introduced in Substitute mockito with mockk and assertj with kluent #177 (given wicket 8.9.0 has been released)
* Loaded the application with the option `useLessOverCss`, showed the page source code, opened the css link created from less, used a minifier and stored the result in the min.css file
