IPX v2 roadmap

IPX v2 is a major rewrite with several improvements.

TODO:

• Rewrite CLI with unjs/citty (#167)
• Rewrite server and error handling with unjs/h3 (#168)
• Rewrite storage with unjs/unstorage compatibility (#164)
• Tighten H3 compatibility (security and error messages)
• [docs] Write migration guide updated usage
• [security] Sanitize SVG files by default (feat: optimize + sanitize svg sources with svgo #180)

Coming in v2 minor versions:

• Persistent caching layer (persistent cache #30)
• Support original format as a modifier (Support source format and use suffix as final format #160)

Coming in next major versions:

• Make sharp dependency optional to allow pluggable optimizers (TODO)
