Consider adding an RSS feed to the grants page (and to the blog post). Maybe some other sort of more modern API can be considered too, to dispatch updates beyond the website.

Maybe RSS feeds could be implemented using a similar approach to this: https://www.romanzolotarev.com/rssg.html
