Right now, it is possible to add results to a submission and they show up in a table at the end of the page.
Each result has a reference task and method. If more than two results are present for the same metric, they show up on a chart in the Task page (and in any case are listed there).
It would be great for discovery to add a hyperlink to the task page to the task listed on the submission page in the result section.
This could make discovery of charts easier. We could even make it more explicit, conditional to the existence of a chart, by adding something like "view chart" next to the Task.

In the snapshot below you see T1 and T2 in the Results section of a submission. I propose to make them hyperlinks.
