The 1.1.0 release of the child starter theme includes the full migration to Bootstrap 5. This means that the starter theme now requires the parent theme >1.1.0.
If you're wanting to start a new site using Bootstrap 4, use a previous release of the child starter theme.
Other features include
SCRIPT_DEBUGsupport, thenpm run dist-buildandnpm run dist-cleancommands for building a distributable theme folder, and a warning alert in the customizer that the user is using a child theme.
