$ cat concat.yaml
$defs:
  a: [4,5,6]

foo: !$concat
  - [1,2,3]
  - !$ a
  - [7,8,9]

$ idy render concat.yaml
foo:
  - 1
  - 2
  - 3
  - - 4
    - 5
    - 6
  - 7
  - 8
  - 9

Expected:

foo:
  - 1
  - 2
  - 3
  - 4
  - 5
  - 6
  - 7
  - 8
  - 9

Visit concat elements before flattening

This also fixes the assertion, to properly verify that all elements are arrays
