目前 mako 是写死 react runtime 的，react 最低需要 16.14.0
现在看 smallfish 只能支持 16.8.6 or 18.2.0 两个版本。

那么c 端目前的闪蝶SSG 和未来的 smallfish 可能会遇到这个问题。
