hotfix: Rename condition config map

Renames a few interfaces so it becomes more clear what the intend is — easier to understand as a extension developer.

global:
UmbExtensionConditionMap -> UmbExtensionConditionConfigMap
UmbExtensionCondition -> UmbExtensionConditionConfig

@umbraco-cms/backoffice/extension-registry:
ConditionTypes-> UmbCoreConditionConfigs (still available as deprecated interface, but should in general not be used as of v15, instead implementations should use UmbExtensionConditionConfig)
