Description
From internal testing, (thanks @nhudinh0309), the original Tiptap configuration values were still being used for a fresh install in the database creation. This was from before we replaced several Tiptap extensions with the grouped StarterKit extension.
This PR updates the default configuration in the database creation script and Storybook story.
