V15 Tiptap: It renders a duplicate image when copying an image

When I copy an image into a content with Tiptap RTE, it renders a duplicate image.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a content with Tiptap RTE property
2. Copy an image into RTE

Expected result / actual result

It should only render one image that I copied. Currently it renders a duplicate image with smaller size.

I can reproduce this, but only appears to be with images that are copied from a webpage (rendered HTML), e.g. right-clicking on an image and selecting "Copy image". When pasted into the Tiptap RTE this will trigger both the Image and Media Upload extensions to insert two pasted images, one with the original URL, another with the temporary file path (Blob URL).

We are investigating a fix.
