This issue may be closed when there is a pull request that adds the following generators

  • solar (i.e., utility scale)
  • onshore wind

AND resource availability data

  • wind speed (PJM)
  • wind speed (MISO)
  • solar irradiation (PJM)
  • solar irradiation (MISO)

For the purposes of resolving this issue, these data may be taken from the geographic center of these two zones. This will likely change in the future.
