- Widget filtering now includes widgets that are featured - Initial issue stemmed from a couple of closely related bugs that worked together to exclude featured widgets

This PR closes #1618
Fixes a few bugs involving the widget catalog's search function. This includes the bug described in the issue, where featured widgets would not show up when searching, as well as one where unplayable widgets would show up when using another filter. The search function should now work as expected.
