After installing the required universal drivers for Android bridge and restart the installer and also reboot Windows the installer does not recognise the installed drivers and the phone is not detected at the USB port.

It does not try to detect the drivers, if you have them installed, you can just dismiss the prompt. I'll tweak the message to make that clearer.
