3.5.0 Update the TOCs for 8.2

This release updates the TOCs for the interface version.

New Features:

• Rule package for some additional built-in rules (Can be disabled independently)
• ArkInventory integration for Auto-Sell (vensell) and Auto-Scrap (venscrap)
• Auto scrapping rules, will put items into the scrapper for you
• Bug fixes a result of interface changes since 8.0's release.
