Allow *args to be Any for generic views #831

Several of the HTTP methods on views in django-stubs/views/generic/edit.pyi had the *args argument annotated as str. I can't see any reason from the Django source that these views should have a more restrictive type annotation for *args than the base View's dispatch method, which has *args annotated as Any.
